Q:  How can Michigan Express Blinds help me find the right blinds?

A:  Our professional design consultants will come to your home and show you our professional samples.  We will answer all of your questions about the advantages of one type of window covering over another and we will show you all of the color options and styles offered.

 

Q:  How long will the consultation take?

A:  We will not rush your through the process, so feel free to take as long as wish browsing our samples and asking as many questions as you would like.  The appointments will typically finish once the homeowner has determined the style and color that would work best for him/her.  We then take a short amount of time to measure the windows for the correct sizing.

 

Q:  How long will the installations take?

A:  Once your blinds are ordered, the installation will be scheduled anywhere from 2 weeks away to 8 weeks depending on the type of window treatment.  Most window treatments are installed in the two week time frame, products such as shutters and drapes will take a bit longer.

 

Q:  Can you repair blinds?

A:   We can repair certain types of blinds.  If the blinds are installed by our company we will repair or replace them under our warranty.  If they are not blinds purchased from us, we may be able to repair them.  Call us if you have repair needs.

 

Q:   What type of payments do you take?

A:   We accept checks and all major credit cards.
